Hi! Thanks for visiting. My name is John and I have been professionally photographing weddings, events, portraits & sports for the last 5 years. I say professionally because I've been seeing & capturing images since I was in about 1st grade. I used to take pictures with a 110 & 35mm Kodak and send in the rolls by mail and anxiously wait 3-4 weeks to get them back. I got into digital in about 1998 when I got my first PC & Kodak point & shoot. It was quite liberating to be able to see the images in real time and print them on my home printer. I was still not satisfied with the quailty though. Flash forward to 2006 when I got my 1st DSLR and made a commitment and investment in my dream of becoming a photographer.

You can say that what started off as an expensive hobby has turned into a passion. I give many thanks to the Digital Era for allowing me this creative outlet. I also give a bigger thanks to my loving wife who has supported me throughout this whole time! What would a Photographer do without a loving wife holding the fort down?!

Donato 50th Wedding Anniversary

Last week I had the honor of being asked to Photograph the 50th Wedding Anniversary of Anthony & Marie Donato. They are staples in the Cliffside Park Community and admired for their kindness. I’ve know Mr. Donato for a while as he would always come to our HS football games and watch us slap teams around. He was a big fan. I was Psyched as a young lad because his son was & still is a CP Legend. Mrs. Donato is a beautful woman who was always nice to me and has a wonderful heart. 50 years together is no small detail an should be viewed as a real committment which younger generations seem to lack.

I was really impressed and a tad emotional while I was scanning their lifelong images to make a slideshow for their party. It was incredible looking at them as young kids growing up in the area. They are a strong Italian Family with wonderful, strong roots that will continue to spread for future generations to come. Thank you again Lynda & Maria for asking me to be part of your special day.
